Finally feeling a whole lot better. Overdid it this week and I have been paying for it ever since. I am finally feeling less pain in my joints and muscle. It seemed like even the painkillers I'm on didn't work for the past few days, now just since about noon, I finally managed to get things done around here.I had a big garbage bag full of fresh brocolis from the garden, that has been starting at me for the past 2 days, just thing my house is nice and cool. Anyways, I have finally got them ready for the freezer. I also had some green peppers, and I'm wondering if I should get the recepie for green ketchup instead of the red one that I love. One of the boxes that I have my tomatoes growing in, has a wooden bottom and it seems like they don't have enough air to breathed so looks like some are rotten. I'll give it a few days and see.Beautiful day here in Ontario, really warm though outside. Thank God for Air Condition.Just took a short break to see what's new here at DAily Strenght.Have a great evening everyone.

I know what you are up to - I do it now: learned it in Montreal - parboiling veg. & deep-freezing. We bought 64 lbs. potatoes, 32 of carrots and ditto onions - I covered them in black rubbish bags - the spuds held out with 4 using them - the carrots dehydrated, and the onions -final third anyway - just sprouted! - there was barely enough light coming in through the small basement window that I had to put on electric light - but still they grew!- I got quickly sorted out on that one: have taught people here: they didn\'t know - but there\'s so much produce at one time, & it has to be done pretty quickly! Bit overwhelming. Infection\'s clearing, but Terry-next-door brought in Drug Ref.bk - Bactrin said _ \"Side Effects:- sore mouth & gums\" - what an irony! Finish the course tomorrow & swelling\'s gone, so hope to be human by Tues. Fond regards JaneD.
