I like Mondays because it is the beginning of a new week, gives me hope that maybe this week will be better than last week. We all need hope.

So far so good.The pain is not as bad my muscles are not spazing as much.I know I feel better because it is getting warmer.With Fm,OA or Ra we all feel better in the warm weather.Yipee feeling good
