Good Sunday morning to all...
Plans of the day!
We have 3 different events to attend today.
First communion of one of our little niece.
Then it's my mother in law's birthday, so need to do a pit stop there...
Then B.B.Q. at my son's house.
Hopefully I will be able to do the whole day thing, I just want to come back home already and I'm not even gone...
I hate having to go, you know....
Once I'm there I'm kinda ok, but 3 different places, wow, I can just hear myself saying; why don't we just go home now.
Besides Richard's the same, he hates leaving our home for long periods of time.
First need to get ready, put on my healthy face and just go for it.
Now for my joke of the day!
Grand Finale
Bob had finally made it to the last round of the $64,000 Question. The night before the big question, he told the M.C. that he desired a question on American History.
The big night had arrived. Bob made his way on stage in front of the studio and TV audience. He had become the talk of the week. He was the best guest this show had ever seen. The M.C. stepped up to the mike.
"Bob, you have chosen American History as your final question. You know that if you correctly answer this question, you will walk away $64,000 dollars richer. Are you ready?"
Bob nodded with a cocky confidence-the crowd went nuts. He hadn't missed a question all week. "Bob, your question on American History is a two-part question. As you know, you may answer either part first. As a rule, the second half of the question is always easier. Which part would you like to take a stab at first?"
Bob was now becoming more noticeably nervous. He couldn't believe it, but he was drawing a blank. American History was his easiest subject, but he played it safe. "I'll try the easier part first."
The M.C. nodded approvingly. "Here we go Bob. I will ask you the second half first, then the first half."
The audience silenced with gross anticipation.
"Bob, here is your question: And in what year did it happen?"
Have a nice day!

Goodmorning McKenzie! You\'re probably gone off already but, I sympathize. I too don\'t like to go to family functions. Oh! I\'m not going to start in on that though! Have a wonderful day I\'ll be rooting for ya\'. Hugs Kath
...and thanks for the joke. You always put a smile on my face :)
LOL thank you for the smile. Enjoy your family some of us don\'t have one!
that would be my luck.wheels
I feel the same exact way about leaving home for any length of time. I am quite the homebody. Hope your day went well!
I always kind of panic when I have a big day ahead of me that involves going place. Sometimes, I\'m afraid I\'m becoming agorophobic. I understand how you guys feel. I sure hope it ends up being fun and you\'re comfortable enough wherever you are that you can lay low, relax and be yourself and not feel on the spot. You just may have a great time! I always get giddy when I\'m done with my day and get to dive in bed. I\'m like a little kid. I even laugh with joy when I get settled in under my covers. I love home!!! Hugs~ Kath
Well we had a nice day afterall, but came back a few hours later.
I didn\'t feel so hot, but didn\'t mentionned it to the family, but they know how we are about leaving our place for a long time.
It was nice to see all of Richard\'s sisters, and his brother who is getting married next saturday.
I\'m a little tick about Richard being in the honours, and not me.
Richard is the older brother and he was asked to walk with his older sister into the church and that... They even get to drive in a limo, and not me or my poor mother in law who kepted asking if she was allowed, poor her, lol.
Richard is kinda desapointed but I try not to show my feelings, cause he feels unconfortable enough as it is about the whole situation at this time.
On our way back he told me I can\'t wait for it to be over.
Paul is the only brother he has, and their father passed away 5 years ago, and they all took it very hard.
My father in law was without kidneys for 6 years, dialisys all this time, he didn\'t want to die, he loved life.
So Richard is really going for this for his brother and his Dad that can\'t be there for Paul.
So one day this week, I need to go shopping in Montreal for my outfit.
I have already postponed once, but the day of the wedding is coming closer and closer.
I met my girlfriend from where I usually go for suntanning bed, and asked her if I could go this week.
Louise that\'s her name, we grew up together in the same small town, she lost her daughter and son in law in a automobile accident, 6 months ago, and she was pregnant too.
I saw her husband often since the daughter passed away, but had only sent a nice card to Louise, didn\'t have the stranght to face her at the time of her daughter\'s passing, so when I saw her today, she gave me a big hug, and asked me how was my health.
She is aware of all my health issues.
Finally she told me that if I wanted to use one of her tanning bed this week to just call and come in.
Louise is such a good women, poor her, so tomorrow I am going to her house at 2pm.
later.....
By the way would somebody please tell me what this is all about.
Since yesterday my ankles and feet are so swelled up.
Also have a tingly feeling in my arms and legs.
I have never seen my legs so swell up like this...
I didn\'t take anymore salt than usual, I am very careful about salt.
The only time I will use it is when I eat french fries.
Which I didn\'t so what\'s up with that....
Have you had your heart and blood pressure checked? Sometimes retaining water is a sign of trouble in that area. If you haven\'t done so please get it checked.
My blood pressure has been high for a few years now, but according to my PCP not high enough for medication, but believe me next time I see him we will address this situation, I am very worried about this, it\'s really swollen. :(
thanks hon
I was married for about 11 years prior divorced from a man that was 4 years my jr. I was in an abusive relationship married again blamed for the death of our steal born child.
Now 4 years married to a new husband is a little older like 12 years he started dialisys. He has been abusive in the begining until my brothers talk to him. He stoped and started treating me much better. The problem now is he started dialisys like 8 months ago. I had supported him really finacially because he kept having bad luck with jobs. He is working now. The siduation also is he is starting to be abusive all over again. Doing alot of verbal and mental abuse. This is hard for me because my mom died on dialisys. He acts as if he hates me. He doesn\'t want to touch me, argue about everything. Sometimes refuse to contribute to pay bills and threatens to leave and not give money. I amke much more money than he does but it has never been an issue just contribute all he can to bills I ask. I am lost I don\'t know what to do. He makes me feel undesirable. I need help.
correction I have only been married 2 times. The first husband blamed me for the death of my steal born son our only child and the only child I have ever had. current husband is on dialisys. Is this excusable behavior because he is sick?
