Also did my deed of the day for someone who needed my help, well it took me out of the house, twice actually.
But my sciatic nerve is really getting on my nerves, lol.
I need to buy some strong lotion to rub my hip, it's so damn painful, and have a lot of pain whenever I'm sitting at the computer. grrr
Helped my daughter work on a school project re: government.
Just got aroung to check the site, and have to continue some research I've been putting on the back burner.

have you tried the lotion that has pepper in it.i can\'t think of the name of it but at one time you had to get a docter to order it for you.i had some when you rub it on it burns for a couple of minutes then it helps the pain.wheels
