I have the same feelings. They are horrid!

Have you read any of the books by Sylvia Browne? They might help.

I know your pain, I feel it everyday. I want to see his beautiful warm eyes and his captizating smile. But I know in my heart, I will see him again. In heaven, there is no time. So while he waits with God and friends he has made in heaven. I plummet through everyday. Just watching the clock to make another day end. I think the key to it being less painful is slow acceptance. Once I can accept what has happened, know that there is no way I can change the circumstance. that is when I believe the wound will start to heal. When I can speak his name, tell a story and smile. He was here and I want everyone to know it. Maybe if we walk hand in hand, we can help each other.
