Yesterday was not a nice day, am now back on the crisis referal list and am scared of what went through my head last night, so scared that I don't want to go through it again.

Just wanted to say that I am glad you are okay and not to feel like you are back at square one, as almost everyone who takes meds does just what you did. Feel screwed up, take the meds, feel better, stop taking the meds then oh crap I feel screwed up again. Doesn\'t mean you lose all that progress just a lesson that yes the meds are still doing something after all. I did that little game with myself MANY times before I learned. Anyway, hope you also realized just how many people on here love you and wanna be there for you...
