Have just spoken to mum who's made me cry as as she cried on the phone. Sh'e upset that she doesn't spend enough time with me and is too focused on my sister, it was something I grew accustomed to in my younger years because i as so reclusive, but now hearing mum's concerns about it trouble me and I'm doing my best now to support her trough this. She trains with me at the gym as and is one of my biggest motivators for going, she was also with me when I broke down in the middle of a training session.I love her so dearly and wish we showed more affection towards one another but mum has never been that sort of person and I've never known how to express myself apart from writing. The number of times I've left mum a letter after she's gone to bed to try and explain things because I don't know how to say them vocally is uncountable. Thank you everyone for your messages and support over the last few days you've lifted my spirit enough to get me through the day without curling up in the corner of the room and crying for hours.Hope you are all well. Dave
