Ok Day 4 without the meds and i cried a little after talking to someone about my dad,, but I've always done that when he's become the topic of conversation.  All in all though I'm feeling remarkably better and generally stronger within.  Maybe its something to do with the fact that I'm training harder and concerned about my physical self again that I'm feeling this strength but what ever it is that is doing it I don't want it to go away.  I just hope that I'm not making a big mistake and that in a wekk or so I'll crash and have another episode where I try and take my life.

Don\'t loose hope Dave. Its great that you are focusing on yourself in regards to your physical health. Eventually you will feel better and happier all around. Physical health effects so many aspects of our lives, but is often forgotten in lieu of mental health. Right now I am focusing on healing mentally instead of physically. I know I should focus more on that but one day at a time right? Please don\'t try to take your life. Talk to me instead. DS is about building healthy relationships with people who understand and can relate to what you are going through. I don\'t have friends here either but have built a strong foundation of support thanks to DS. Whatever you do DON\'T GIVE UP!!!!!! Take it one day at a time.

And most important of all.... a friend told me \"Do one thing for yourself everyday\"
