Been a very long time since I was on DS. I moved since I was last on DS. Same state different home. I missed all my friends on DS and the wonderful support they gave. I have never been good with words. I am glad I remembered the site. Seems like I lost myself for awhile.

It is a beautiful sunny day here today. Went walking for an hour. Always helps with sugar control. Would be nice to be outside at the beach but still have to pay the bills so it is off to work for me. Tomorrow is my 3 month blood work. Think I did ok this time. Last time my A1C was 6.5. A few years back I always had an 5.6 A1C. Why things changed I am not sure. I know my diet did not change. Maybe is an aging thing. Anyone know?
Feeling great today. Sunny day once again but we are going to be looking at storms this afternoon. Blood work was done yesterday and again they are testing for low levels of vitamin D. I am hoping to do a A1C lower than last time. I really should of worked harder to lower my blood sugar but we were on vacation and for me vacations are hard to keep on schedule and eat correctly. Eating out is always hard for me to do. I try and make good choices but what takes place in the kitchen is out of our control. Hope everyone has a great weekend. Happy Friday.
