Ugh
Now that I am not drinking at night I am having terrible insomnia. I broke down last night and took a Lorazapam. I don't want to get to where I take one of those every night!!!
I feels so good in the morning though to know that I made it thru the night before and did not have wine or a cocktail.

So glad you didn\'t fight with your mom. So far anyway. I\'m told this non sleep thing is a side effect of early days not drinking. For me I had trouble sleeping when I drank.
I take unisom on nights where I have a hard time falling asleep. Yesterday I noticed I hadn\'t taking any in a week. But then I woke up around 3:30am and had a really hard time falling back to sleep. Lorazapam is that a script?
