Hey guys, sorry I missed my journal entry yesterday, I was very upset and down in the dumps. Any ways, although this journal entry will not be long, I figured I'd let you guys know what's been going on lately and what my next steps are. So first of all, I went to therapy today, and we discussed a few things. She says she sees me deteriorating farther and farther into this. She had a few recommendation, which she called my mother in to discuss. The first was that we make an appointment with my psychiatrist to talk about either upping the dosage or possibly switching to a new medication. Secondly, she wants me to start seeing her twice a week, and to have weekly check-ins with my doctor. The third, and perhaps most frightening, piece of news is that I am probably going to have to go to an outpatient program. I don't WANT to go to a stupid program. I'm so depressed and I feel like nothing will help me. And now that I think about it, I think part of me maybe DOES want to go to the outpatient program because it may be my only real hope of getting better. I don't know. Has anybody ehre ever been throgh outpatient programs? We're thinking either mclean or clarent(sp?) becasue I live in Mass. Tell me what you think...and thanks for everything. :)

I think you should try the outpatient program. It\'s worth a shot. I wanted to do an outpatient program but the center would not let me start outpatient. They told me I had to do inpatient first. My insurance doesn\'t cover inpatient, so I couldn\'t do either.

*hugz* I\'m sorry you are having such a hard time. I\'m not sure what you mean by outpatient PROGRAM, but I saw a counselor as an outpatient through a hospital...is that similar to what you are saying? It will be hard but I also know that YOU CAN DO IT! I am here ANYTIME you wanna talk. *luvnhugz*
