Hey guys. This is a positive journal entry because today I am not feeling horrible even though I indulged and had a frozen ice treat worth 300 calories(!!!!)I went to the movies with friends today and saw "Baby Mama" with Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. Those are two funny chicks. They make me laugh. Any ways, I have a ton of reading material also, so that's a good distraction any ways. I have also decided to try to write down all the positive things going on in my life right now, because I want to be able to look at this when I'm having a crappy day. It sounds wicked braggy and slef absorbed, and for the record I'd just like to make it clear that I in no way believe I am an astounding person. This is just an exercise my therapist recommended and although I acknowledge it's cheesiness, I figured it was worth a try. So here goes: 1. I have a great support system here on DS, with my family, and with my REAL friends that truly care about me.2. I have found a passion (theater) that serves as a healthy outlet for my emotions.3. I live in a great house with many luxeries that not many people have (not a mansion or anything, but at least it covers my head).4. I am a dreamer and have the ability to take myself out of any bad moment and keep having faith for better times.5. Besides my eating disorder and depression, I am healthy.6. People have told me I am the following things, NONE of which have to do with my weight:- funny-sweet-good singer/actress-pretty eyes/hair-outgoing/hyperand the best compliment I've ever gotten is:"You've really helped me deal with ____" Well that's all for today, I guess. Thanks for tuning in to the crisis a minute journal and we'll be sure to update on the basket case that is Megan shortly.
