well doctor has put me on some new meds for m.e and its making me very sleepy in the day, as my dogs been ill for a couple of nights, i have had to keep getting up to let her out, so therefore its catching up with me in the day time, im not usually a good sleeper, but at the moment its hard to keep my eyes open.suppose to be going to Lonon tommorow for a few days to see Billy Elliott the musical, but we will have to wait and see how the dog is later tonight, hope everyone is ok, look after your self,Nat
