Wow. Today was the ultrasound day. I can't believe it! There is a little kidney bean with a beating heart implanted right where it is supposed to be and it is our baby! My beautiful DH was soooo cute! While she was showing us the black spot that was moving as the heart, he was so tuned in and asking questions! I was so happy to have him there and he was happy too. I was getting my ledger for tax time (I think I will definitely have enough medical to deduct this year!) when my RE came out and took the little pictures of the dot from DH, he said "Congratulations" and I said "Happy New Year" and he asked if we had a good one, I hesitated but then told him about our trip to the ER that weekend. He was mad. He said, "I am almost always available by cell! Someone should have let you through to me. I am so sorry they scared you like that. Please make sure if you get scared to have someone at the office get a hold of me." He had been on vacation that day and I can understand them wanting to honor that vacation but I feel like I have a direct line in should I have another panic, which I have put out into the universe that I will NOT! I am so blessed to have found this RE. He and his staff are the most caring and amazing people. Today was the first time since I have signed on that I marked my mood excellent. Wow.
