Been going to sleep early to get enough sleep. Work is going fine. It rained the other night which was wonderful to sleep to. Today it is bright and sunny. I could improve my diet at lunch time as I'm tending to go for fast food at lunch and getting the occasional donut and smoothie (these avocado smoothies are wonderful! An avocado, vanilla ice cream, milk, whipped cream and cinnamon on top) A girl at the meeting told me a guy M asked her to speak to me, that he likes me. I told her I could tell - I read people well. My mind is racing. He reminds me of my exbf in ways because he's tattooed and I don't normally find myself in those sort of situations, so there is a familiarity. Anyway I have crushes and it's ok and I don't have to act on them.  I had all these synchronicities happen with this guy J.  I found myself almost willing to invite him somewhere I knew he'd go, I got some free tickets, but I back off, using the "He's just not that into you" book rule to not pursue - to save me time.  So it's refreshing someone is asking about me, but do I like him?  I tend to think what would people think - family, aquaintances, other crushes.  It just means I'm not ready to date - get to know people in a social setting beforehand, and develop some non romantic friendships with some women.

Asking yourself all these questions before jumping reactively into something is such a good way to getting to know yourself better and the world around you. It\'s part of growing and learning. =)
