Al Anon meeting last night and reading the stories about childhood stuff brings up a lot of pain.  I had a friend from AA take my suggestion and show up there, it was nice. Having trouble letting go of guilt over not responding to R.  Why is it he only wanted me to visit him when he was in treatment?  I just don't trust him. We had rolling thunder last night which was beautiful.  I miss having more varied weather here in So Cal.
