R left 3 messages yesterday after nearly 2 months since I'd seen him and a month and a half since our 1 conversation since.It's easier when he left me alone.  I'm doing a 60 day "hetox" thanks to "it's called a breakup because it's broken" book.  No contact!I realize he was very self centered and it was not a healthy situation, besides his lying to me and basically disappearing, so I need to remember "NO" is a complete sentence and not get into "explaining" why I need no contact now.It's like, whatever, he said he's calling me "because" he's back in the area, and for the last month, what's up with that?  I can see, yeah, he probably thinks I'll pick him up where we left off and has no idea that this is not what I want, this totally unbalanced and unhealthy relationship. Thank God for screening my calls.
