I got a call back that an inteview yesterday won't lead to a job for me.  I felt defensive "what do they know?" - a character challenge of mine (defensiveness).  I wasn't feeling real crazy about the job, anyway.  I'm a little spoiled - if I'm not interested, why bother? Motivation on the job is real closely linked to satisfaction to me. Anyway last week at the teaching job, for now.  Feeling a little insecure.  I avoid a lot of news, it sounds so bad and depressing and B-I-G.  I just have to trust God that I don't always know what's best for me.  Next week, possibly out of a job for the first time in I don't know how long, over 3 years?  I have been underemployed, not UNemployed for atleast that long.   I know I am not alone in this.  Maybe the free time will give me a chance to focus on cleaning my room, which is seriously needed.  I guess jobs come pretty easy to me lately - I use temporary agencies.  Maybe I'll make a plan to go on some interviews - that is actually fun for me, if nerve wracking.

Hey there Suzy, I\'ll clean your room for ya!! Won\'t clean my own, but for you, I can do a heck of a job. My \"perfect\" mother taught me how to clean the toilet with a toothbrush at an early age. I too never watch the news, only entertainment news. Hope things get better for you on the job front, but like you said, maybe you need a little \"me time\" to take care of Suzy. Am sending you a private message re my doctor situation. Thanks for the journal encouragement. Later, J
