Waiting....
Well...I had my retrieval on Thursday. I had 17 eggs removed...7 were mature and only 3 fertilized. RE drained 80 follicles that were the cause of OHSS...yes I said 80!!!!!! I have been placed on bed rest for the next week because my ovaries need to calm the hell down. But RE calls me everyday to let me know how my "babies" are progressing. As of today...I have 2 of the 3 fertilized eggs are looking GREAT!!! They are dividing and progressing very well. They will be frozen on Tuesday...I just pray that they survive the thawing in December.
I hate that I have to wait but I am greatful that I am...I could barely walk or lie down on my couch because of the pain...so I am going to take the next few weeks and relax and try to get my body ready for transfer...

80?!? You have been through it! Rest this week and relax. Prayers that your embies continue to thrive :-)
80!? Wow. So does that mean that they 80 didn\'t have any eggs in them? I\'m not sure how that works. Glad 2 of your 3 are growing strong and I hope they keep growing until Tuesday. Rest up for your transfer in December :)
Great news - apparently the FET transfer rate is just as good if not better than the fresh transfer. Not too long to wait now:-)

Jat092311...yeah there weren\'t any eggs in the follicles...not quite sure how it works either.
Not sure how I missed this. Holy cow open the 80 follicles! I hope you are feeling ok and hope your FET in December comes fast!
