So I am going to get more proactive about getting back on meds. I am sad because I can't afford my Lamictal, however I can afford Tegretol. My Psych is unreliable, and I can't see her without Insurance anyway, so I am going to get my Primaries approval for Tegretol.

Have you looked into the $4 prescriptions at Walmart? I get all my drugs off their list now. Lithium (900mg), paxil, doxepin (for sleep), busbar (for anxiety). I also get Klonopin but it\'s not on the list. I pay about 30$ for it. But, it\'s worth it. Just something to think about. All you have to do is go into Walmart pharmacy and ask for the list then take it to your pdoc and she can prescribe off of it. Just a thought.

that doesnt work for everybody. kinda have to have a prescription to get the meds. so when you dont have any insurance. you\'re screwed!~!!!!!
Chug... I have no insurance at all, I found a pdoc willing to give me samples. All it takes is for your pdocs office to call the drug rep.... and they will usually have the samples within 24 hrs. I as well take Lamictal.
