Mothers day

My daughter and her boyfriend came to my house for mothers day and gave me a card and some flowers and a bag with a gift. They told me to open the gift and when I did their were baby booties in it......I'm gonna be a grammy..YEAH!!!!!! I wish they waited until after the wedding,because that was causing enough stress but I'm happy anyway. She's only 1 month pregnant so I hope all goes well. I hope she still fits in her dress come June...lol. I wish Bruce was here, he loved babies and never had any of his own I think he would have been a great grandpa. And maybe it would have helped his and Jenn's relationship. But I'll never know and I'm not going to dwell on that. A grand baby is gonna bring so much joy back into my life. I cant wait....On a bummer note today was also my sons 27th b-day and he didnt come here for mothers day or his b-day. This makes 2 yrs in a row. I hate that he does this. When he did it last year I told him I dont like missing his birthday, he said Mom its just another day. I said well not to me its not. This year he went to New York to party with friends,so I'm missing him again. I just feel like I raised him alone since he was 9, he could show me some respect. I hope some day he grows up. Oh well maybe next year...
