Today was a good day.Got alot accomplished at work today.I had to write reviews today for my team members.I hate doing them.I love everyone thats on my team,but they dont all have great work ethic.It's hard to give someone you like a crappy review.But business is business.Or so they say anyway.

Sounds tough, but diplomacy and tact has to be first in business.
Honest evaluations are necessary in order for the person to realize what needs improvement and you shouldn\'t feel bad about doing that. It\'s part of your job - and I\'m sure you would never - say anything you didn\'t feel would benefit the employee and their work performance.
