Well here I am miss tough girl, the one that will survive anything God wants to send my way.Sometimes I think that such a crock.Although I know I'm still going to have bad days,I still cant handle them when they come.I get so annoyed with myself because I'm always preaching to everyone here that we have to beat this. That we will beat this and not let it get the best of us.Well off and on since Bruces death I have been having chest pains and attributed it to stress, because it was worse when his death was new and has gotten better as time goes by.I was still nervous about it but put it off anyway.I started thinking how stupid that was because when Bruce did that I would get so angry with him for ignoring it.And look where he is today. So I called my Dr.and she wanted me to come in for test.As soon as I got to the drs. office I started bawling my eyes out.I was uncontrolable.Being in the Drs. and being hooked up to the EKG.machine just brought it all back for me.All I could think of is the day Bruce died.My test came out ok and I'm having a stress test next week but the dr. thinks I'm ok.But the drs.visit threw me for a loop and I was a mess for the rest of the day.I think I will be ok tomorrow, but I just need to realize although I have tried to convince my self of this a million times. The bad days are going to come andI have to take them and deal with them the same way I deal with the good.

Happy to hear your tests were fine. Does sound like stress - I have the same pains - and mine were getting worse - that\'s why I opted for the Valium - to lower my stress level. It\'s ok to go off - and cry and release your feelings - don\'t try to hold them in and feel like you are that strong - we all have to feel our pain - and work to move through it. Of course we\'re all strong - look how far we have come - so far. You did the right thing by seeing the doctor - hoping tomorrow is a better day for you -
in my thoughts & prayers, love

Stress is a wonderful thing - not!!! It is amazing the things it can & will do to your body - glad to hear your tests are ok. Keep up the good work - it is the small tings in life that matter not all the other \"stuff\". Hugs, ann

I am trying to fight the stress on the DREADMILL at the gym. A big problem is that my husband and I would go to that gym together in the winter months. Everywhere I look there I see him. Guess what?? More stress... I am so glad that your tests came back fine, and I wish you all the best on the stress test. It is amazing what stress can do to our bodies. I was one that would never sit still, now I have all I can do to get around, sooo tired. We are in this together, so feel these arms around you holding you up right now. You might have to hold me up tomorrow, and I know that you will be there for me, as I am for you. Love, Alice

I guess we still need to learn to take the bad days with the good days. We always had bad days, we just always had more good ones. Now it\'s the other way round. Luv ya, Dawn
