Hope you all made the best of Valentines day.I had today off from work and was able to avoid it,which is what I wanted to do.My daughter went out with her boyfriend and just got home.He gave her red roses and 3 balloons, chocolates and a Vermont teddy bear.I found myself a little jealous. How silly.Bruce wasnt even a good valentine gift giver.I would get a card and flowers but I'm pretty sure he bought them at the cumberland farms down the street,on his way home from work. And that was with me reminding him the whole week before.lol.Thats ok,I loved him anyway.I like remembering everything about him, even his unromantic ways.Oh boy if he ever did buy me flowers just for the hell of it.He would be so proud of himself.I would hear him tell me how romantic he was until the day those flowers died. Then next thing I knew he was giving me flowers just so I would tell him.Oh ya your right you are romantic. He was so funny because he thought he was Mr.Romantic but I know right darn well I would be reminding him again this year that it was valentines day.You know how bad I wish he was here so I could remind him.Hopefully he will come and visit me in my dreams.

I was watching a t.v. show the other day, and they were talking about unromantic men. Well one woman her husband cut out a PICTURE of roses in a magazine, handed it to her and said Here, these will last longer.. NOW THAT IS REALLY UNROMANTIC!!!
I used to think it was so cute when Bruce would try to be romantic, when actually he was more romantic when he wasnt trying. He would always hug me and kiss me many times a day.And was never embarrassed to tell me he loved me in front of his friends. He made me feel special everyday.
Went to work out at the gym in the morning, had lunch with my cousin and then spent my evening at church. Tried very hard to keep busy all day, which I think I suceeded. Cried a few times when I saw couples together. Cried because I missed Jesse so much. He was such a romatic, He would surprize me with little silly things all day long. Everyday to him was Valentines\'s Day. He always showed me just how much I meant to him. He was such a precious loving, caring man. I miss more and more each passing day. Glad Valetines is over.... Hugs -n- love going your way...Stella
Jeff was also \"inconsistently romantic\"...He was also proud of himself on those occasions when his efforts were succesful...I never even cared if he bought my card at the convenience store...however - he always sent me flowers at work on VD and my birthday - so I didn\'t even go in to the office yesterday - I found things to do outside the office and came home early.... another \"first\" down..... how many more are we expected to handle? (I know - stupid question...)
