Right now we are in the middle of an ice storm.We got snow last night,now sleet and ice.Lost power for about an hr.I was afraid of my sump pump not going on.My cellar has flooded before and it is not fun.I'm not looking forward to handling these house problems alone.I'm glad I am able to stay here.Bruce took care of me so I could,but sometimes it can be over whelming.The house is not huge but it was easier when both of us were taking care of it.When Bruce first died everybody and their brother was offering help,only a couple of them came through.Now all are gone.Its funny how in 9 mths everyone can forget.

Yes, I know what you mean about forgetting...they have their lives and forget. I know they never understand unless they have gone thru it themselves. It is ice and rain here too. Thanx for hug. Luv
WE had several inches of snow, then ice on top. Now it is pouring. WE are in a flood warning. This morning I snowblowed the driveway, which is pretty long. Then I came in and cried, saying I just couldn\'t do this anymore. The funny thing is I ALWAYS snowblowed the driveway while JIm was out plowing. I think its just the fact that if I didn\'t, or was sick he did it. I feel so alone!!!
