I have a sister who lives in Virginia. Her and I have had our ups and downs. We are actually very close but she has a bad way of saying the wrong thing at the wrong time. When I was divorcing my first husband, she made sure I knew what a failure I was because everyone else in the family is still married(just farces if you ask me). Then when Bruce died she made comments about our life style.Such as parties and still going to concerts, and god forbid Bruces bookie. He bet on the world series and the super bowls. One of his old highschool buddies happens to be a bookie.I told her we have cookouts inthe summer and love music and yes his friend is a bookie, but its not like we hang out with the mob.We dont even hangout with this guy,Bruces called him 2-3 times a year.So in other words she can be very judgemental.Well anyway we made ammends after not talking for a few mths.after Bruces passing. And I'm glad. She isĀ  alot of help to me as long as she thinks before she speaks. She says she doesnt mean the things she says. They just come out wrong. And I believe her. She's just different from me.she has $.I dont.she has A"happy"marriage I dont. Her kids are "perfect"mine took differnt directions.I think they are great kids, just struggling. Anyway to make ammends she sent me a concrete plaque she had made for Bruces garden. Its beautiful and has his name and dates engraved on it.And a beautiful poem too.I love it and cant wait to add it to the garden. In spring i'll take pics and post them.

I have always said I am not going to judge and I don\'t WANT to be judged. We all never know whats in our future, as we have learned the hard way. Also, don\'t for one minute think that everything is perfect with your sister either, no marriage, and no kids are perfect. All in all I bet deep down she is a good sister, I can\'t wait to see the plaque. I have one of Jim and his sister that I need also to put out this Spring. Good night, good friend....
