Struggling

I am feeling so despondent. Very sick every day, just waiting for the hours to pass. Pounding chest, shaking and vibrating inside, burning head and face, burning mouth syndrome gives me no peace. I thought of a prayer a year ago which rings true for me now. "Take every moment of my suffering and turn it into a blessing for a soul. For a soul, for a soul, who is all alone". I direct this to the M.E./ CFS community and ask that anyone in crisis or suffering receive relief as a result of MY SUFFERING AND PRAYER. It is the only thing that gives me peace. It is so hard for me to,stand and move around. Resting has its challenges too- never can sleep in the day, but can't sit up long either. I have had a few ok moments, maybe I'm overwhelmed today. I managed to make it to my writing class and it's been ok but I have to carry around freezer head bands, liquid and food. Then my bags are too heavy, can hardly walk.
In usually try to go out to a cafe around 3:30-5pm, then it's back to bed for 2 hours before I can face the evening. I go out to,feel like I've done something. I can hardly walk or reach for things at home-very frustrating.
Oh, by the way, the little poem I thought of I turned into a song-I sing and repeat it. I truly pray for others,  I feel that we are united. Hoping you are all in Gods care.

I\'m sorry that you are feeling so poorly, Pouty. I do understand it though. What a wonderful thought to take our suffering and turn it into a blessing for someone else. It is such a generous, kind way of thinking. I like it very much.

I am glad you do try to get out and socialize and go to your writing class. The little things we do take us out of isolation and that helps us.

Praying you have some brighter days very soon, special friend! xoxo

Oh dear pouty that\'s such a kind and compassionate thing to do . I\'m so very sorry for all your struggle with your illness. I understand the necessity to get out and feel you still have a life.I also understand how difficult it is for you to get there and cope when you feel so bad.I congratulate you for all those austerities and your will to keep trying . You\'re such a little honey bunny xoxo

Pouty, I\'m sorry to hear you are suffering so much. Sometimes it seems like it never lets up. I am glad you find meaning in your suffering through care of others. I know all this suffering is not without purpose, which I may never understand. I hope you have some days of relief soon.

Dear Pouty:
A song that reminds me of your determination to keep going has come to mind. It is \"Yet Still I Rise\" by Yolanda Adams. Some of the words are as follows:
\"Yet still I rise
never to give up
never to give in against odds\"
God just brought these words from that song to mind. You are inspiring me to keep pushing when I have days that seem unbearable. Look at what a blessing you are to our DS community. Thank you.
