shit

17years ago and im still not having the sleep anyone needs doctor gave me some sleepin tablets and they stopped my nightmares but could only give me so much so need to go back again was on a high earlier today then it hit me and ive sank right back down into my shell it just makes me wonder will i ever feel normal again n when does it all get better :(
