wow been along time but im back been in a bad place and still not there yet but my doctor has sorted my meds out its just this sleepin lark i cant sleep an if i do get 5mins its follwed by nightmares n panic attacks looks like il be askin for more sleepin pills its the only thing that really helps hope you r all well miss u guys xxx
