hi all well i havnt been doing very well lately im back to square 1 with my drinking the last couple of months id say i let myself down and got really bad again i know i have to start all over again because i cant live this way anymore i stopped takin my tablets prozac thinkin i could get better on my own and made things 10times worse so have to do it all over again now and im not looking forward to it hope you are all doing better than me luv ya guys xxx
