Got a text message from him this morning at 7am..."happy birthday. Hope you have a better day than yesterday".....I wanted to text back & tell him to go F*** himself but I held back. I didn't respond.
It\'s so hard! But as much as we obsess over hearing from them--hope that they are thinking of us, etc.--it is always emotionally difficult when they do make contact. You are doing the right thing by not responding.
