Hhhmmm, today marks 47 days since my husband said he wanted a divorce. We filed our paperwork, my uncle died, my husband's grandfather died a week after (today). What a rollercoaster this has been!
I'm not having fun and want off this ride right now!!!!
We are remaining amicable and the bastard is actually even being nice to me! What is up with that??? He's been playing with our daughter more, teasing me, laughing, joking, offering to help, not drinking...!!!! I don't understand it and it's making me mad!
I want to ride the angry rollercoaster! It keeps it in perspective for me, I guess. Is that bad?

I recently separated from my husband and the same thing happened suddenly he was this perfect husband, person and father it\'s making things harder on me as well I know where your coming from. At least we are on our way to reconcile neither of us want a divorce, so I guess that compensates a little. However yours must be killing you knowing that now he wants to be this way after calling it quits. Just remember there is always a honeymoon period before things get nasty.
I\'m glad to hear that you are on your way to reconciling. I wish you the best with that and hope that it remains that way in your future. Divorce is never always the answer.
You make a good point about the honeymoon period. I fear that will end someday and for my daughter\'s sake, I really hope it doesn\'t. Unfortunately, I will have to remain as I always have... more submissive to make sure the \"harmony\" remains.
When you said you recently seperated... Were you the one that had instigated it? It\'s weird how my stbx is acting. I\'ve always been the one that\'s been the wallflower of the relationship... not yelling, arguing, and always taking the mental/emotional abuse and neglect. Why be nice now? I just may never understand....
Thanks for your post, Jenn... Keep me posted on your reconciliation and I wish you the best.
