Tuesday through today, my daughter has successfully went to school. I will continue to pray for her that she does this on a daily basis. Her patch is working because her behavior at school is being under control. She is not hitting the staff or classmates like she was previously. How long this will last, I am not certain but for now I am very satisfied that the patch is working. Plus with the Aveeno lotion and the Daytrana patch, the patch is not eating her skin up. They did increase her dosage this month from a 10 mg to 15 mg. It seems to be working. Please continue to pray for her. If you would like to see a picture of her it is in my pic profile. She is so loving and adorable that I would do anything for her. She is very precious to me and I feel that she deserves the best in this world. As a mother I realize that I am living with 7 different characters plus my own and my husband's. I have been with my husband for 17 years and my God, I cannot believe how these 7 children grown, transformed, and are all very different. Some of them are moody, some of them are calmed, and some are just right hillarious. Today my prayer for them is that the unity will stay in the family. I also pray that there be peace in my home and organization. I am tired living in clutter. I guess that is what happens when I am depress. Sometimes I really don't realize how depress I am until I try to get up out the bed. That is when reality hits, and the headache begins. Depression is an awful condition to live with. Especially when it creeps up on you, and lingers around you for a good portion of your life. Dealing with depression by myself has been challenging. When the pressure gets too much, then I pop a lexapro into my system, but otherwise I just pray and ask God to keep me and help me to overcome this horrible disease. I don't like it because it takes me away from things that I really want to do. It also frustrates me because then procrastination starts to linger around and before you know it, you have triple the problems on hand that you wish never ever existed. So my question to myself is how do I overcome it and destroy it so that it doesn't destroy my life? This is a question that I have looked at time and time again. I am tired of playing yo-yo with my life. I want to be completely free from it and be able to live a normal life (whatever that is). For all of you who also suffer with depression and Bipolar please know that you will always be in my prayers. I don't get to talk to you all but if I could I would because I always have something encouraging to say to ppl. I just don't have the right words to motivate myself sometimes.I love this website because there are people out here that I can communicate with who can express my pain and hurt, but not only that, I can share their pain and hurt. Sometimes I can encourage them to have hope, sometimes if I can't I turn to God because I know he is the father with all of the answers. This website has made me stronger because I can express myself without feeling guilty or bad. I can type as long as I want to in my journal. People can read it and offer suggestions if they choose. My journals can change some people lives, touch some people, and even give me a sense of hope whenever I go back to reread what I have written. I pray that whoever reads today entry can either be touched by it, or can offer suggestions or even post a comment. I encourage it. I will read the comments and promise to reply if you want me to.
