Weight loss
So difficult when you can't exercise much.
last blood results show that my body is fighting this infection which is good, been signed off work until Sunday 27th April, got my echocardiogram on Tuesday 22nd and then back to see my doctor on 26th for results to see if any damage to my heart valves or signs of anything else causing the murmur and tiredness.
Weight started back on this journey on the 9th April at 310 lbs after being stuck on 306 lbs for 5 days finally more movement today now down to 303 lbs so 7 lbs gone in 9 days.
jane got news she starting her new arthritis medication 30th May, it's been a fight to get her on this drug. Over here it's been approved for psoriasis, but shown to help with psoriatic arthritis, for her rheumatologist to prescribe it she would have to go through the special funding procedure which is long winded and no guarantee, however her dermatologist is allowed to prescribe it, but initially wouldn't as her skin wasn't bad enough she didn't meet the criteria - finally last week had another dermatology appointment and she agreed she met the criteria but tried to persuade us not to and to try light therapy again, while this will help the skin it won't help the arthritis, she then said she didn't think this drug would help the arthritis either but our rheumatologist says otherwise, so she agreed we could go on it. Finally got date through yesterday so just need to wait and hope it helps both the psoriasis and the arthritis.
Jane is planning on us tidying out our garage today !! We will see on that one :-)
