Well we had a plan of action for today and it all ended up going a bit pear shaped.   We were going to get up reasonably early (eventually got up at 10am) and go downstairs and sort the dining room out.  Well instead we came downstairs played on the computer.  Planned meals for the month, tried to sort our finances out a bit and work out what we were going to live on for this month money wise!!!  Once our menu's were planned (we are starting Weightwatchers on Monday) we decided rather than having to deal with the supermarket we would order on line for delivery tomorrow.   Went through all the items we needed, made a list, ordered them on line and then went to pay for them, only to find out they didn't take our debit card on line!!!!!!!!! (arrrrrggghhh), they take it fine in store though. By now it was coming on for 2pm so we decided if we were going to get everything done we would have to split up.  Jane opted for staying in and tidying the dining room, decluttering it and putting things where they should be and I would go to Tesco and do the shopping!!!!By the end of it I was sooooooo stressed. Couldn't find some of the stuff I wanted.  Other stuff they didn't have in stock (Pasta and Rice of all things!!!).  Stood at the end of one aisle at one point and stomped my foot on the ground, think I would have had a 2 year old temper tantrum if there weren't so many people around :-)   Busy texting Jane saying where do I find so and so etc.  Eventually finished and went and paid.  that was another mammoth task, off loading the big trolley onto the conveyor belt and then repacking it!!!!.   £104 later I left the shop, only to realise I couldn't remember which aisle I had parked the car in.  Walked up one, only to see the car on the next row!!!  managed to squeeze the trolley between rows of parked cars and get to my car (thank goodness i took Jane's car, it's big and green so easily seen!!!)   Then the damn trolley wouldn't stay still for me to unload the bags into the car !!!!Eventually got home and Jane helped to unload the car and unpack it.I made a big decision.  I am NEVER going to do such a BIG shop again on my own - never, ever, never, ever (well until next time!!!!!!!!).Back home, Jane has done the dining room, we can actually see the floor.  Can't be bothered to cook tea, so Jane gone to get some fish and chips for tonight (after all diet doesn't start until Monday).   Just realised haven't actually eaten anything today!!!!!!  Have updated my goals - de-clutter the house - another room doneStart work on the degree, have registered for my first course - just got to work out how i'm going to pay for it by Wednesday !!!!!
