Well, had my first day of work at my new job.  I know i will love this job.  I like that everyone, staff as well as members of this club are all on an equal basis.  I just love that concept.  I am not a boss of the members, I am just a person who is there to help where I can help and the members do the same.  We help each other.  There is no hierarchy.  I know that appeals to me since I do not like to control or lord over another person.  There is a sense of community there.  Since it is based on recovery from mental illness, I can surely relate to the word recovery.  I am blessed.  I am blessed to have a job that has meaning to me.Tomorrow I go for my  first training.  I look at this job, not as a step up, even tho I make more money, but I look at it as a new adventure where I will be challenged to be the best i can be for those I work with.
