When?
When do I stop whining? I know I'm not doing it on purpose but every other word from me seems to be "this aches" and "that aches", and "this is numb" and "that feels like it fell asleep..." .
When I was much, much younger (I'm on the 18th anniversary of my 28th birthday) we used to tease my grandmother when her advancing age would make her groan when she had to stand up from sitting, or from kneeling to get something from under the counter. We're West Indian so we would tease her with *groan* " Oh lawd! Oh Gawd! Oh lawd!" And we'd all laugh, including her as she tossed a sock or oven mitt at us.
Now, I find myself groaning as I stand... or sometimes when I'm just sitting there and the aches begin to set in. Sometimes, more of a curse instead of a moan, when I go to stand and my hip or knee says "Oh, hell, no!"
I aught to be patient, I know, but... it's hard.
Still waiting for my whining to stop.
(hopefully losing my train of thought halfway through this isn't too obvious LOL)

I think it\'s called frustration and just getting it out. You have to get is out. You probably should complain even louder at times. We have a tendancy to keep on sucking it up until we either get sick or explode. It\'s healthy to let it out. A friend with a PhD in psych told me to grab a phone book and beat it up, beat up a pillow, or cry into a pillow, take my frustrations out on a towel, whatever. Just do something to get it out in a healthy way. It\'s all good. :)
Thanks! I think I\'m sensing a lot of abused pillows in my very near future. :)
