And we have contact!  A very sexy sounding Crisis team member rang at tea time. (Just dawned on me I should have insisted on a home visit) (Why do I never think of these things till after the fact?)

Had a tiring but better day.  Went to my Buddhist centre and ran into a friend.  It's soooo good to have a cuppa and a chat.....(and a hug) just what I needed.
