congrads ont this it is hard. I need to work harder on my sugar addiction it is horrible. I have cut down but can\'t seem to leave it alone ugh, most of my weight is that. Oh well it is a new day a new start. Keep up the good work you are going to feel so much better....Hug and Love Vic

Hi, Thanks for the hug! Awesome for staying sober. Today I was asked to chair the noon AA meeting. I spoke in front of close to 100 people. I was nervous but I got a lot of applause and handshakes and hugs. I don\'t do it for me I share for the newcomers so they can hopefully relate to my story. You don\'t have to do this alone. I needed the fellowship to beat this disease. I have a sponsor and friends and a program to live. If you ever want to try a meeting give me a holler and I will hook you up in your town. If you stayed sober today your a miracle! Hugs, Kelly :)
