Well it seems like I have adoped myself a kitten. We live in what use to be rural Lehi, Ut ( my b/f home.  He has five acres and we have two horses, one I call old man as he is really old, and one named Ginger also a male. Who would name a male horse Ginger. We also have a mule, his name is Shrek but I call him Donkey Ass.. lol. We also have a minature poodle, female named Coco. We use to have a blue healer but she died last month after surgery which is so very sad for everyone who knew and loved her. Her name was baby. I have a fish pond with gold fish, some very large and about 150 of them or maybe 200. Way to many to count. We also have 25 herd of cows that are kept in Fairfield that we feed everyday. Oh yea and let me not forget all the birds, outside birds that I feed every morning before I go to work. Its amazing but I have 40 to 50 doves that come everyday along with Robins and other little scoundrels.. Anyway to get back to the story, I have been trying to stay sober and quit smoking but doing the sobriety first and have cut down on the smoking. I go out on the back porche to smoke and the last few weeks there has been a cat out in the back that takes off everytime I come out. Three evenings ago I set outside and took out some dog food as I didnt have any kitty food and started calling out " here kitty kitty, here kitty kitty" and to my amazement she started up the wood porche slowly and finally came up and brushed against me a couple of times and went over and started eating. She was real hungry. I then brought out a small bowl of milk that she went crazy for. When she was done she came over and brushed against me a few times and allowed me to pick her up. I have never had cats before atleast not since I was a small child so I was amazed at how reseptive she was to me. Now everynight or morning when I come out I just yell for kitty and she comes and jumps on my lap. It is so awesome. Al wont let me keep her inside but said she can stay outside to get the mice. It is very cold here in Utah so I worry about her but she has real long fur (I think she has been outthere all winter) and I think she will be ok.. She is beautiful and I have immediately fell in love with her. Shes pretty straggley but she is striped with big green bright eyes and she loves me. It is so cool. I hope she stays safe..
