30% Wednesday
Pretty bad day.Started about 9 or so and finished at about 2-3. It wasn't violent or hard but pretty consistent.Then it started again about 8 and was still going when I went to bed at about 11.Had a pretty rough day at work but not sure if that was a deciding factor or not. Haven't had that level of activity for a long time, especially at night.

Sorry to hear you had such a bad day, you seemed to be well on top of it lately. I have to admit A-Fib is generally a famine or a feast. Every now and then it just wants to go for a run! Hope the next week is better. Have a nice weekend. Ruth
