Bad day.
Started when I woke up.
Finished at about 8pm.
Not hard or violent just quiet and steady but always there.\
I seem to be having less in between days at the moment. It's either a famine or a feast.

Sorry to hear that your heart is not being loyal to your persistent efforts. How high is the pulse rate going overall or is it normal rate but irregular? Hope tomorrow is better. Ruth
Thanks Ruth. Today has been an improvement on yesterday.
My heart wasn\'t really racing yesterday. Just dropping a beat every 4th beat or so. I find it interesting that the past 14 days or so I have had an excellent run on all but 2 1/2 days. Probably the best fortnight since I have been keeping the journal.
Oh and I have had a cold the past few days so i am not sure if that has any effect or not.
