30 minutes today

I had a temper tantrum the other day and threw all my paperwork all over the room. It sure made me feel good. Now it is time to gather it up and sort, file, and toss. Spent 30 min. Still more to be done.

I had a therapist who had a foam bat that I could use on volunteers in the group. Very cathardic. haha
