3 weeks of LDN- see a chiropractor tomorrow
Still no noticeable change since starting LDN. A couple mornings I woke up and my fingers on LH were not tingly, as they have been for 6 months. But after getting up they soon resumed their normal prickly feeling. I decided maybe a chiroprator visit might be good. I've never seen one. Don't have any major pain, never suffered an injury, but I figured it can't hurt. We'll see.

My personal recommendation would be for the Upper Cervical Chiro. if you have one in your area. A regular chiro helped with pain that I had, but I continued to have relapses. Since going to my new Chiro. I haven\'t had a relapse (even post-partum which was a miracle for me) and I have continued to improve. The cost can be a bit much up-front (not covered by insurance for me), but you find out if your neck is indeed out of alignment and only them are you adjusted. I saw changes right away, but those darn tingly finger do remain. I do find that for me, working on yoga/stretching and strengthening helps. I wish you the best. If you are interested, I will have to check into the site for finding chiros in your area and info on the process. I haven\'t checked out the site for awhile.
Dr White in Kirkland is mostly about the upper cervical area. I forgot the name of this \"school of chiropractor\". It was kind of long. He took some scans and I\'ll get to see him again on Monday to go over those and whatever plan he thinks will bo good. Darn. I was hoping it might help with the tingly left hand. Oh well. Fortunately insurance covers the first 12 or so visits. Not sure about after that.
my chiro adjustments have been key in my experience
