3 weeks

I made it to three weeks and some of the urge to drink has calmed down, but I know it is still there. My wife will be leaving in a couple of weeks to visit her grandchildren out of state and my mind is already trying to get me to play with the idea of getting buzzed when she does. The last time she went it was crazy, and I was so disappointed with myself. I have been wanting to go horse back riding and think I will plan on it to reward myself for not giving in!
