3 more sleeps

Seattle here we come!

I am so ready for the hugs!  I am almost finished packing. Yay!  I am only taking a carry on so I had to go through my travel bag and  remove things like my corkscrew!  The hotel better have one!!

It has been an interesting time lately. I was walking the other day.  As I passed the building down the street I heard birds - cacophany of noise!  But I couldn't see them.  Lisa was there.  Then today, Cevyn posted photos.  One shocked both Joe and me.  Cevyn was lying on the grass waiting for the eclipse.  At first glance she was the spitting image of her mom.  I guess she knows I am getting ready to go traveling again.  I thought I was going to cry.  But I didn't.  It was Lisa.  I was so happy to see her.

Lisa:  I was so happy to see you in Cevyn.  And your granddaughters are growing so quickly.  I will always be sad that they won't get to know you and be spoiled by you.  I will be thinking of you a lot this weekend but also having fun -  I know you would want us to enjoy ourselves.  I miss you always and love you forever.  Mummy

So looking forward to seeing you and the moms this weekend!

How wonderful to see Lisa in Cevyn and it amazes me too how those genetics pop out in the Littles. Generations of those who have come before are so very evident in their faces and personalities.

Safe travels!
