still battling the cold from yesterday. i took selenium with the vitamin c and that helped a lot. selenium ups immunity. still don\'t feel well. its 80 degrees outside, yay! and overcast. feels like migraine weather. not good. so drinking coffee and two gel advil. hope it all goes away soon!
can\'t believe the photos on this one disappeared! how does that go. really pisses me off. have to make sure on every meme that i also type it out, but its not the same without the photograph!
