Today was uneventful, like most days. Highlight of my day was taking my kids to lunch. I have two boys that both live with me full time. Their mother left because she could not deal with my depression. I have a 19 year old, who leaves for the Navy next month, and a 15 year old. Doubt I would be here without them.
I spent most of the day sleeping. Needed to do laundry and pick up my prescriptions. Did neither. I have no friends, I am not close to my family and have no social life. Everyday is exactly the same. I go to work. Come home and work out because it makes me feel better for a little while. Then I sit in my room. Weekends I mostly just sit in my room.
Could just copy this post and use it every day.
Just waiting for life to end.
