2nd paragraph of Conscious Creation - Must read previous journal before this one

Again, those that are truly committed will find that they begin to enjoy this process, and they begin to apply it more and more to other events in their lives. They begin to reawaken the childlike joy of building a castle in the sandbox. For in truth, that is all you are doing here. Consciousness is your sandbox and you are creating castles. You have simply forgotten to enjoy them
When you want to  be rid of them, you now lament, "Oh, but if I give this up and change my mind and move on, what will happen to my creations? What will others think of me if I act like a child and just take my little plastic shovel and knock the castle down and go in and have a sandwich for lunch.? What will people think of me? Will I fit in? Will I be accepted? Will I be judged? Will I be persecuted?" Who cares! For the opinions of others mean nothing, unless of course, you want them to mean something.
There's more, but I will end for now. Have to scoot.
Suggestion: Engage in this exercise with great zeal, with great joy and above all, with great outrageous playfulness! Learn to look with innocence upon all that arises. Abide lovingly with your creations. If you put these little exercises to work, much indeed, will arise. Practice, then, well. And practice with joy.
Know that you are loved, loving and lovable, and that, in truth, the only thing that is occurring is that an old dream is being released that a new dream might replace it--the dream of WORTHINESS, PEACE, WAKEFULNESS AND UNION WITH ALL CREATION.
Hugszzz to all!

Hugszzz to you to. Good teachings. It is appropriate for the state I am in right now. I could use a little fun.

That\'s lovely and something I have been working on doing over the past 2 years. Working with 5 year olds really helps me do this! They \'model\' it to me every day xxxx

TGB: Your such a good teacher. I am being my own parent/teacher and I am probably about 5yrs. old also...Giving myself positive reinforcement! Yes indeed. I have done this and this is good!

\"Building sand-castles\"; my own, instead of sand-castles for others. I was going to mention that I haven\'t found a good MANTRA to pull me out of a trapped negative state, and this one just might do it. AND, I just read it in \"the book\" hours ago.

Right on time..., I asked, and manifested your comment. Mannnnn, I\'m getting good at this!

Lots of Fun Bunny-hugszzz (or is it \"Fun-Bunny Hugszzz?),

Do you share the MANTRA?
Have you read lesson 5?
The Keys to the Kingdom...

I am starting to share it.
Yes, I\'ve read it and I\'ll have to go back to Chapter 5 and re-view it to understand what you pose as \"The Keys to the Kingdom\". I suspect I understand it and use it without that particular \'label\'.
I\'m on Chapter 17 at the moment.
It\'s ALL good.
The breathing exercise of \"I accept... on the inhale, \"...the Love of God\" on the exhale I find VERY calming.

I\'ve never read anything as informative as this, it\'s \"In-lightening\".

Desire, Intention, Allowance, & Surrender. Plus Humility.

Desire; don\'t judge it, it just is. Don\'t become attached to it.
Intention; maintaining focus on your desires.
Allowance; not judging anything; everything is what it is. Enjoy creating, enjoy creation, none of it is \"real\" or important.
Surrender; I am not alone and I am not creating anything independently. Life flows through me. I do not start it or own it.

Humility is setting boundaries for the ego\'s claim of responsibility and importance.

Or something like that.

Huge Hugs,

Rich

This why I have to take it in small increments. It\'s one thing to read it and know it; but it\'s another to incorporate it. I am still working on making sand-castles. I think that\'s going to stay with me forever...I was at my friends house yesterday helping her cook for her step-son\'s 30th b\'day; all day long I caught myself saying \"I can do this; this is good.\"
There was around 20 people there and I noticed how I didn\'t have much input; which is a shift for me. I just sat and listened to them carry on about the weather, wars, politics, hate/lack, made fun of people, etc. It felt pretty good as I was listening and not judging. I was thinking how \"none of this means nothing to me any more.\" There was a little 1yr. old there and I found her quite amazing; she was very much in the NOW. My inside has changed and I have no idea where I am headed or what is going on. I am open to it!
Thanks for sharing; going to go read and meditate. I love the Mantra; will use it to open my Workshop at our Sister-In-Spirit Workshop in Aug. :-)

I\'m almost finished reading it, so I get the \"Jest\" of it, and am happy with what the book teaches, very \"Unity\".

I may finish today, and then I\'ll start back to complete the lessons.

Hi Vicki and Rich,

What is the name of the book you are referring to? I must have missed it, lol. Remembering how to play is quite fun. :-) And good for me, too.

Thanks for posting all of this, Vicki!

Hugs,
