2nd entry-June 20th,2008-summer solistice

It is Franks favorite season.It is Summer and this is the season that I feel really good and I mean good.I even sleep better and i am not as tired.And I am waiting until Sunday until Brad goes in.Brad has to pay to go to jail because that was voted in.He has to pay 55.00 a day and this is suppose to discourage any repeaters.I personally think it stinks and Brad and I are getting short of money.But he has saved enough to get me through.I have to pay the bills and run the house like I did the last time.And I am so very alone and at this stage of life..you cannot make friends.Friends after 50 is very,very difficult and here it is like The Twilight Zone.These women are just so unreal and I mean unreal.Everyone at the dance was a widow.And ev eryone of them was looking for a husband.May I ask why? Some of these people there did not even know how to balance a checkbook and that is sad.I had to explain to Sophie about the debit card.She did not even know how to record it in the register.Nor could she at 56 even make a deposit.Her husband did everything and to me this is sad.And it is has become a bother for me because she does not like to be alone.She is always calling me to go food shopping and this is where I draw the line.Brad does not even know where I do all of my banking.Noone knows and I refuse to tell anyone.It is none of anyones business.Number one-it is the end of the month nearly and I am nearly broke after paying these medical bills.But if you are so concerned..can you give me at least 100,000.00 so I can buy the house? I thought so.I left the dance very disappointed but this is to be expected in seattle.We have been voted as one of the most liveable cities..but the article is far from the truth.In order to have a qualify of life here ,you have to have a lot of money.Affordable housing here is getting to be a thing of the past and the housing market here is down.In fact,one real estate office had laid  off 200 people.We still have the best coffee in the world and other events.But right now..everyone is so expensive here that I may have to get a part time job in order to survive and I did not plan my retirement this way.I cannot wait until November because I am going to vote GW and all of his cronies out of office.Who do you think got us into this mess? Dont blame the Democrats! And please be a human being..leave Senator Ted Kennedy alone.The Kennedys have been in politics 100 years and his latest bill may not even pass.Senator Kennedy was working on The Living Wage Act.This means that the miniumn wage will be raise to 10.00 an hour! The 10.00 an hour wage will be just fine and it will help people save.Buy who do you think is against it? The Republicans.They stink! Boo to Mccain!
